BASEBALL
Pittsford Little League (PLL) is an official Little League program affiliated with Little League International. Our baseball programs are offered during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons.
PLL baseball programs serve children ages 4–12, regardless of experience, skill level, or ability. We offer instructional divisions for players ages 4–7, as well as player-pitch, umpire-led levels of play for ages 8–12.
For the 2026 Spring and Summer seasons, a player’s league age is determined by their actual age as of August 31, 2026. For the 2026 Fall season, league age is determined by the player’s actual age as of August 31, 2027.
FALL BASEBALL
Pittsford Little League Fall Baseball offers instructional and player-pitch programs for players ages 4-14 who live in or attend school in Pittsford or East Rochester.
Fall baseball age eligibility is determined by a player’s age as of August 31, 2027.
Fall baseball is effectively the beginning of the Little League year. Players are placed in the fall at the same level they will play during the following spring and summer seasons. Accordingly, players participating in fall 2026 will be placed at the level they are expected to play in spring and summer 2027 - hence the August 31, 2027 league-age cutoff.
Fall levels of play include:
- Tee Ball: ages 4-5
- Instructional Coach Pitch: age 6
- Instructional Machine Pitch: age 7
- Umpired Player-Pitch Baseball:
- Ages 8-9: 46/60 field
- Ages 10-12: 46/60 field
- Ages 12-13: 50/70 field
- Ages 13-14: 60/90 field
Because some age ranges overlap, please carefully consider your player’s experience and skill level when selecting a fall program.
Players in the 50/70 and 60/90 divisions will play against other local leagues, such as Fairport and Penfield; some travel will be required.
The fall season begins September 1 and runs through October 31. Each team will have one weeknight practice and one game each Saturday.
